HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY PRODUCTS?

We gladly accept all major credit cards and process secure payments through Stripe or PayPal.

IS YOUR SITE SAFE AND SECURE?

YES! Our checkout page uses SSL, which ensures that all of your browsing and shopping data remains private.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PAYMENT DOESN’T WORK?

First, make sure that your shipping and billing details are correct. If that doesn’t work, try contacting your bank about the payment. If you’re still having an issue, use the contact page to reach out and we’ll do our best to help!

We ship to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand

*Please note, we do not ship to PO boxes so please enter a full street address when placing your order

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

We offer FREE shipping to all customers with all orders

WILL I HAVE TO PAY FOR INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES?

A small percentage of the orders we ship may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. We cannot control these costs and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package, so you will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance if they apply. Customs’ policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PRODUCTS TO ARRIVE?

Processing time for our products can take between 2-10 days.

Shipping for the US takes 1-4 weeks depending on location and peak seasons.

Internationally shipping takes 2-8 weeks depending on location and peak seasons

Please note that some products will be shipped separately as we have multiple manufactures around the world. 

We aim to send all products at the earliest opportunity, and thank you for your patience as you wait for your beautiful product to arrive!

 

Returns

CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCT?

Yes, of course. If we shipped the wrong item, or if it arrived damaged, we will re-ship or refund immediately. If you're simply not happy with your order you can also return it. In this case, the buyer will get a refund (excluding shipping costs) as soon as the product is back with us. Please note, that you must contact us within 14 days from the date your order was delivered.
